I have been laying horses for a good number of years now, making a steady income while developing a robust system for laying horses to lose. I find as an added bonus under current UK tax laws, all profits from betting are tax free, so I bank all of my profits!

A few years ago I decided I needed to think seriously about my future. Although full retirement is a long way off, I wanted to have long term financial security in retirement, so I planned a radical change to my life style to better accommodate life as a professional layer.

In 2004 I took the plunge and moved out to Spain where I have continued to earn my income from laying horses and at the same time investing some of my profits in Spanish property.
